Cookie Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function properly, improve the user experience and provide information to the website owners.

2. Which cookies do we use?

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the platform to function. Without these cookies, core features cannot work.

CookiePurposeRetention
customerTokenCustomer account authentication (HttpOnly)7 days
employeeTokenEmployee authentication (HttpOnly)7 days

Analytical cookies

We may use analytical cookies to gain insight into how visitors use the platform. This data is processed anonymously and helps us improve the platform. Currently, we do not use external analytics services such as Google Analytics.

3. Third-party cookies

When an online payment is made via the booking page, you are redirected to Stripe Checkout. Stripe may place its own cookies for processing the payment and fraud prevention. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy) for more information. Otherwise, we strive to use as few third-party cookies as possible.

4. Local storage

In addition to cookies, we use local storage in your browser to store certain settings and session data. This works similarly to cookies but the data is not automatically sent to the server with every request. Stored data includes: authentication tokens, language preference and interface settings. Additionally, the dashboard uses a service worker for offline functionality. The service worker stores static files (JavaScript, CSS, images) locally so the dashboard loads faster and remains partially available without an internet connection. Cached files are automatically updated when a new version is released.

5. Managing and deleting cookies

You can manage cookies via your browser settings. You can refuse, delete or set your browser to warn you when a cookie is placed. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functioning of the platform.

Instructions for managing cookies per browser:

  • Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies
  • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Cookies
  • Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this cookie policy from time to time, for example when we start using new cookies or when legislation changes. The most recent version is always available on this page.
